Tolperisone in orthopedics and traumatology

An article reviews the use of tolperisone for the treatment of pain of various origin and location. The search for the studies of tolperisone was conducted in the Russian scientific database elibrary.ru and PubMed. The available evidence suggests that tolperisone that acts on the various mechanisms of pain and is almost devoid of side effects is appropriate for the conservative therapy of osteoarthritis of large joints.
